Spells:

  • Fury - Creatures and people up to level 6 will attack anything nearby for 30 seconds.
  • Flames - Fire that damages 8 points per second.
  • Healing - Heals the caster 10 points per second.

 

Powers:

  • Highborn - Regenerate magicka 10x faster for 60 seconds.

 

Active Effects:

  • Fortify Magicka - 50 extra magicka.

 

Skill Bonuses:

  • Illusion +10
  • Destruction +5
  • Conjuration +5
  • Restoration +5
  • Alteration +5
  • Enchanting +5

 

Description:

Altmer, also known as the High Elves, is a playable race that appears in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. A highly traditional race, High Elves exercises particular marriage and reproductive practices, and as a result, possesses superior physical traits such as height and enhanced magical abilities.
