Fire based spells - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim wiki

Most of the Destruction spells listed here set their target on fire, and deals additional damage if the target is already ablaze.

Flames: The spell everyone starts the game with meaning you don't have to buy the tome though the option is there. Upon use your character will release a stream of fire from his hand/hands like a Flamethrower. Enemies hit will be set Ablaze and take damage over time, if they're already on fire they'll take additional damage from the spell.  Novice level

Gets improvements from: Novice Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Augmented Flames,Intense Flames, Impact.

 

Firebolt: a weak firebolt which fires from your hands after a small charge time, enemies hit will take damage and be set on fire, the damage is amplified if they already were on fire before getting hit.
 Apprentice level

Gets improvements from: Apprentice Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Augmented Flames,Intense Flames, Impact.

 

Firerune: After a small charge time a Magical Firerune is placed where your crosshair was targeted though it has a limited range intill upgraded. Anyone passing over the rune will cause it to explode meaning allies and foes alike, either way the victim is delt Fire damage and is set ablaze, greater damage is delt if they were so before stepping on the rune. Apprentice level

Gets improvements from: Apprentice Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Augmented Flames,Intense Flames, Rune Master(Lets you place runes farther away).

 

Fireball: a stronger version of Firebolt which explodes on impact causing it to deal Fire damage and light anyone on fire in a small area around the impact location(Note that the damage effects everyone including yourself and allies), anyone hit by the explosion whos already ablaze will take additional damage. Adept level

Gets improvements from: Adept Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Augmented Flames,Intense Flames, Impact.

 

Flamecloak: After a small charge time you'll create a firevortex around yourself which will deal Fire damage to any enemy too close, the damage is also delt to any melee attackers whos strikes hits you, additionally whenever you attack with a melee weapon yourself the Fire damage will be applied to your attack, the damage won't effect allies only enemies. Adept level.

Incinerate: a small wave of fire flies from your hands after a small charge time, enemies hit will take high Fire damage and be set ablaze, the damage is amplified if they already were on fire before getting hit. Expert level

Gets improvements from: Expert Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Augmented Flames,Intense Flames, Impact.

 

Wall of Flames: Upon cast you'll spray fire from your hand/hands, any surface hit will be set on fire which will deal a High amount of Fire damage per second to any enemies who enters, anyone already on fire who tries to walk through the areas will take additional damage(Extremely high magicka cost). Expert level

Gets improvements from: Expert Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting,Intense Flames.

 

Fire storm: after a long charge time you'll summon a huge explosion of fire around you dealing Heavy fire damage and lighting any enemies on fire, those already on fire will take additional damage. Unlike the other spells where there is a charge before cast, you're not able to move unless you finish the spell or give up, which in turn makes you vulnerable to attacks, since you're reguire to charge with both hands. Master level

Gets improvements from: Master Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Augmented Flames,Intense Flames.

How to Unlock: Ones you reach 100 in the Destruction tree you can talk with Faralda in The College of Winterhold to start the quest called Power of the Elements, after completing the task your automatically rewarded with Fire Storm.
