In your guides you put on the site, maybe here and there in a blog (but do not make the entire blog about your channel) and other places are where you should advertise. Making a forum post just for advertising isn't a good idea.

If you'd asked people to look at your stuff, fine, you might have good videos that not that many has discovered, but to ask people to subscribe to you.. really?

That's (imo) like saying "i will upload the next video when I get X amount of subscribers. No matter if you have 1 subscriber, or 1000, that's lame.

If people like your video, I'm sure they'll click the "Subscribe" themselves.

I know, unless you upload videos for a game seconds after it's out, views aren't neccecarily that high, but rather show people what you got, then say "subscribe to me", people that do that usually is considered annoying and are ignored by most people.

What the guy above me says about blog sounds like an idea. Tell people what you have to offer, and let them choose if they want to subscribe or not.

Checked a few of your videos, most has decent quality and all that, but you should (imo again) stay away from that huge and distracting watermark. All videos didn't have it, some some had.

EDIT: Saw one of your F.E.A.R. 3 videos. The video was fine, but the sound was pretty much horrible. I could barely hear the game-sound. What I could hear was basicly "bzzzzz", something that's nothing else than annoying. Your voice was there too, but it sounds like your mic is in another room than you.. I had to concentrate to hear what you said. I'm guessing you record both the game sound and voice with a mic. With current results, bad idea. And the watermark was huge. I'm not complaining cause it's an GA watermark (as some know I'm not their best friend), but it's huge. Make that some smaller, fix the audio, and it could be good. Personally not a fan of commentary (exept VERY few ones), but that's your call.

Not saying "YOU SUCK!", just telling you what few things can do your stuff much better. No, you didn't ask for it, I'm just a nice person and gave it anyway.

That is if you actually read all the way down there.

Yea you need to fix the audio.. Get a better mic or something and actually have the game sound record.

For the GameAnyone ad: asdlkfj.

jevrio, thx for taking the time to right all of that. i try to fix that and i have notice the problems, but nvr knew how to fix them.

Mariodragon, i do have a rockband mic someewhere in my house but i just cant find it. looks like i gotta dig it out wherever it is. btw i was using the mic built in my laptop so it was recording the computers fan on. And i do have the game sound on, its just that i had it turned down alot so you can make out the commentary better

If I were you I'd buy a standalone mic (if you have $60 to spend cause you're rich or something the Blue Snowball is a GREAT mic) but the Rock Band one is surprisingly good too, if you can find it.

If the commentary is hardly hearable (I made up a word) I would say that the game sound is more important, but it's good that you're balancing the two, I can't tell you how annoying it is hearing loud game sound when you can't hear the person. The irony cause I used to do that until I figured out how to fix it lol
