Cool. Who's your favorite team? I occasionally watch baseball and being from San Diego I root for the Padres.

I'm from San Diego too! Pads are having a pretty good season this year. Hopefully we can go deeper into the postseason than we have in past seasons.

Well watching and playing, football. World Cup was pretty awesome. I am going to the Euro Cup in 2012 so that'll be sweet. I also play tennis sometimes but only play.

Tennis is extremely difficult for me. I play baseball, so I tend to have very little control as to where I hit the ball. Most of the time, I end up spiking it into the net or launching it out of the court.

College: North Carolina Tar Heels

NFL: Seattle Seahawks

Hahahaha I love the Canucks green man/men. I'm pretty sure they got the idea from the show "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia". People also wear those things to Phillies games too.

I forgot to list my teams

NFL: Chargers

NBA: Lakers

College football: Notre Dame/Alabama (Part of my family is from Alabama so I got that from my dad)

NHL: Ducks

MLB: Padres

I was just at a couple of football (soccer) games a week ago, both for Scotland.

The first one I travelled to Lithuania to see Scotland get a 0-0 draw with Lithuania, we drew mostly down to the very poor officiating. As we dominated the entire match resulting in Lithuania only getting 1 shot. The second game was a poor game in Scotland, but it is one of the most memorable matches I have ever witnessed.

The match was Scotland against Liechtenstein, the game started off on a bad note. The national anthem of Liechtenstein was "God Save The Queen" which is the national anthem of England. It was greeted with loud jeers and boos which the pundits and the SFA would address later. But when the Scotland's national anthem was played it was sung with true passion by the Scotland fans and was truly deafing as it was sung by 40,000. The first half an hour of the game was filled with loud cheers and chants by the Scotland support until we realised how bad we were playing and started shouting at the players telling them what we thought of the way the way you were playing. After the 48th minute disaster struck. Liechenstein scored and we were all stunned but the luck of the scots prevailed in the end after we scored goals in the 67th and a goal after the 97th minute (there was 7 minutes of stoppage time) and we ended up winning the game and topping the group ahead of Lithuania, Liechenstein, Czech Republic and Spain (they have played less games than us).

I'm Aussie, so I was basically raised on the sports field. My teams are Packers (NFL), Mariners (MLB), Red Wings (NHL), Chicago Bulls (NBA), Waratahs (Rugby Union, but no one follows that here), Manchester United (EPL).

Wow, WGG is deep with Packer fans.

Been a Chicago Bears (NFL) fan since I can remember.

A Yankee (MLB) fan since a baby (have pics for proof).  Early Yankee memories were depressing watching Donnie Baseball n' crew year in and year out never make the playoffs.  Until 95' when things seemed promising; going up on the Mariners 2-0 in arguably the best ALCS ever, when Junior, Edgar, and company decided to comeback 3 games in a row to send my precious Yanks home.  DAMN YOU EDGAR!!  It's all good though, cuz when John Wettland popped up Mark Lemke to Charlie Hayes in 96' the stars aligned and the hater flood gates opened.

Anyways, Spurs (NBA) fan too, but way before the Championships.  Been living in San Antonio since before Robinson was a rookie, so yes, even a fan during the 'rainbow logo' years.

College Football, I follow Notre Dame (lived in South Bend for a couple years).

And I follow MMA like a madman.  I haven't missed a single UFC in 5 years.

I love how you offered to provide proof that you were a Yankees fan since you  were young, haha. Do they really have that kind of reputation? I guess it comes with being the most sucessful sports team in a while.

Yep, I get quizzed all the time.  Especially by other Yankee fans.  One time I got asked to name as many people as I could on the 1985 Yankee roster.  I got to 12 players before he told me to shut up.

I've watched and played sports all my life. I pretty much like all of them except golf, tennis, and NASCAR (can't stand watching cars go in circles for hours).

College Football - Colorado School of Mines, I play for them so I'm biased :)

NFL - Oakland Raiders, I live in Colorado but was born in Oakland so everyone here hates me on Sundays

NBA - Denver Nuggets, I support all of the home teams except the Broncos

NHL - Colorado Avalanche

MLB - Colorado Rockies

Soccer - USA

Football (soccer), boxing and tennis. The only one I can't really do myself is tennis as I lack control although after warming up for about an hour I can really power in some shots :D
