I know that when it comes to the internet, there are many ways to browse it. There are the traditional IE users, which honestly don't know any better, (I didn't until about three years ago), then there are Firefox users, and so on and so forth.

As a person who designs sites as a hobby, I know that all these browsers can be a pain to make sure that your site runs in it. Sadly, from Google Analytics on my sites, I noted that about 40% of the visitors are using IE, which is a terrible browser that runs on an outdated engine. Even the IE9 beta is still crap.

Now I would like to know what browser you use predominantly (the most).

Personally I use Chrome. It's designed by Google (who are awesome), and it uses the webkit engine so it renders the same as safari, and it's fast. Ligntning fast.

Firefox. Chrome is prone to memory leaks, Safari is for girls and overly-enthusiastic iTunes users, IE is for your parents and Opera is for the insane.

Firefox (though at work I have to use it with the IE Tab 2 extension)

The ONLY reason I don't use Chrome is the lack of extensions. The internet's just not the same place without ADBLOCK PLUS, STYLISH, TABMIXPLUS, DOWNLOAD STATUSBAR, IE TAB 2, BETTER PRIVACY, and NO SCRIPT. When Chrome gains the ability to support all of these, I'll gladly make the switchover.

Firefox.

I like Chrome, but I'm not that adept at using it.

Chrome. Firefox has all that customization jazz but I don't really use anything apart from adblock, which I have in Chrome. In fact, I used IE for half a year before switching to Chrome and could not find any differences as far as useage and speed is concerned, so I've been thinking about switching back. The only difference I could actually find was the tabs, which on Chrome are on the very top (which is kind of inconvenient sometimes when you have torrent progress bars or winamp just sitting there on top of the page), and on IE are next to the favorites bar.

Of course, that's just my low standards speaking higher than my ability to do an internet research to see what the changes are.

Firefox,i don't have many reasons to list because it's only the second browser i've used but all i can say is damn it's fast!!,oh and personas are kind nice.

Also, right now they are having a Beta for Firefox 4,see here:

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/beta/

It's even faster than the current version,i'm loving it so far.

I'd like to change my above opinion. I've started using Chrome more and I am now in love with it. That may change once Firefox 4 comes out, though.
