Back in september i bought the shitty ax180's($80) from tritton, they broke so i bought the ax720($150) model under best buy's warranty.

Unfortuantly the ax720 headset is extremly inconvienent and uncomfortable for me. At first it didnt bother me that they seemed very breakable and uncomfortable beause i wasnt using it very much. Recently though i found the cable that enables it to work for my ipod and pc. The wire is 12ft long and the mic is a bitch to put in when switching from xbox to pc/ipod. It's just damn annoying to use as often as i do

I really want to sell this piece of shit and buy the new Steelseries siberia v2($100) which will be compatible with the xbox 360.

Should i buy the new siberia v2 and just sell my 720's to a friend?(have a friend willing to buy) or just buy another headset.

any other headset suggestions?(resonalble price range)

P.s i will never buy turtle beaches because they are shit and have personaly broken 4 in the past(they are just shitty)

Trittons break way too quickly. I personally use the Astro A30s ($40-$200 with mixamp) the quality of the sound cannot be compared with any other headset (excluding the Beats headset). It's worth every bit of money to buy.

In my personal opinion, i dont like a40 or a30's because of the way they feel, the mixamp is the only part worth buy so you can use it to hook a seinhieser pc 360 headset which is by far much better that the notoriously overpriced astro A40's.

How do you go through so many Headsets? I have only needed to buy 3 of them and they still all work. And there the x11, x41, and Corsair HS1.
