Is Sleeping Dogs the game you can use the cell phone to like change the traffic lights to cause an accident? I watched parts of the gameplay and looks like a good game.

No, you're thinking of Watch Dogs. That doesn't release until late 2013 at the earliest.

Honestly, I was surprised to see/hear how much Cantonese (the Chinese dialect used in southern China) used so frequently. Not that it's a bad thing really. It really adds to the atmosphere of the game. The game reminds me of (several) Hong Kong action films. Thanks for the gameplay, looks awesome and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

if not for the repetitive hand to hand combat this would be a definite buy for me.

I sat through this walkthrough and overall it's a pretty solid game. It lacks in certain aspects, but it was worth the playing time.
