Level 15: Dashing Thru the Snow - Rayman Origins

In this video, I show you how to obtain all the Electoons (except the time trial reward) and the Lum Medal for the "Dashing Thru the Snow" level of "Gourmand Land".

I'm not sure, but it's possible that I missed a Skull Coin somewhere considering that I end up just barely over the Lum requirement for this level.

By the way, this recording was actually the first time I completed the first alcove of this level. I had noted its location while playing previously, but I decided I'd only bother completing it when I recorded the video for this level. After all, the rest of the alcove challenges have been pretty easy so far, so how bad could that one be? Man, was I wrong or what? Okay, so that alcove (1:27) isn't THAT bad, but it's definitely a step above most other alcoves and definitely the most difficult one so far.

I got pretty lucky with the piranha pond at 4:27. Normally I'd get injured, but I made it out without a scratch that time. (Perhaps the size change affects piranha enemies to some degree? I never really tested that out.)

You know the drill. The loss at 4:58 wasn't necessary, but the end of the level is right there and so on so forth...

In this video, I show you how to obtain the Time Trial Trophy for the "Dashing Thru the Snow" level of "Gourmand Land".

If you're lucky and the stars align in your favor, it's possible to actually bounce off the skating dragon at 0:21 and land on top of the uppermost yellow can nearby. It looks awesome and is a bit faster than what I show here, but it's difficult to consistently perform it, and my successful run ended up only including the next best thing.

Other than a brief slip-up at 1:08, this is a pretty good run of this level. Hope you enjoyed it!

Here's a short video showcasing a Skull Coin I forgot to collect in the "Dashing Thru the Snow" level of "Gourmand Land". Due to the nature of this game's save system, fixing mistakes like this is not as simple as simply rerecording a playthough of the respective level. I offer this as a substitute.

Special thanks to YouTube user DSM1DSM for catching this mistake!
