Level 10: Wind or Lose - Rayman Origins

In this video, I show you how to obtain all the Electoons (except the time trial reward) and the Lum Medal for the "Wind or Lose" level of "The Desert of Didgeridoos".

Remember the super helicopter hair levels in Rayman 1? Yeah, well, this level in Origins is very similar, especially towards the end.

If you activate the leftmost button in the first alcove (1:41), you'll trigger a trap that'll rid of the four Lividstones. But since I want to squeeze out a few extra Lums, I activate the rightmost button first.

Speed is of the essence in the second alcove. If you try to think your way through the mass of floating spikes, you'll likely only end up getting injured or killed. As shown in the video, you can get through fairly easily so long as you act fast.

This is not a level I particularly enjoying speedrunning since the wind noticeably slows things down and makes it more difficult to synchronize your actions to favorable environmental conditions. Fortunately, I didn't have to do too many attempts to get this one out of the way. I might have been able to save about a second or two if I didn't have that unnecessary slide happen towards the end, but I still finished twenty-six seconds under the requirement, so I was okay with the result I got.
