In this video, I show you how to obtain all the Electoons and the Lum Medal for the "Hi-Ho Moskito!" level of "The Jibberish Jungle".
Remember the Moskito boss battle(s) from the original Rayman game? Do you also remember the shmup segment related to that? Well, that sequence returns in Rayman Origins, though now it's a staple of the game rather than a one-off experience. I have mixed feelings about this, but I'll have to nail them for this guide.
You can shoot down small enemies if you wish, but I find it so much faster and easier to suck them all in.
I accidentally missed some Lums (three or so, if I recall correctly) hidden in a plant at 2:22, but it wasn't too big of a deal.
In case you're curious, successfully destroying the entire supporting column at 2:57 has the effect of crushing the Lividstone on the other side. Nothing special, just slightly amusing.
If you're hurting for some extra Lums to meet the requirement for this level, just keep destroying the flying bombs during the boss battle. Doing so should, at least for a while, boost your Lum count with each bomb destroyed.
And so, upon completing this level, we're finally off to "The Desert of Didgeridoos", the reimagining of Rayman 1's "Band Land".
