Level 05: Swinging Caves - Rayman Origins

In this video, I show you how to obtain all the Electoons (excluding the time trial reward) and the Lum Medal for the "Swinging Caves" level of "The Jibberish Jungle".

For those of you who played the Rayman Origins demo, you might recognize this as the level where you awkwardly and tediously hopped back and forth on platforms in order to extract all of their Lums because no one told you about the infinitely faster way to do that. Like with the Bulb-O-Lums, the trick is to do a downward slam attack. Doing so should instantly release trapped Lums and have them form in a pattern where all of them can be conveniently collected. You're welcome.

I missed a couple of Lums that I could have gotten to boost my score, but I still ended up comfortably over the amount needed for the Medal, so it's good enough for me.


In this video, I show you how to obtain the Time Trial Trophy for the "Swinging Caves" level of "The Jibberish Jungle".

I'm fairly confident that this result is about as good as it gets. There's a nit to pick about an unnecessary slide, but I swear that I couldn't have wasted more than like half a second during the entire run.

Fun fact: The demo's Trophy requirement was ten seconds stricter. Thirty-eight seconds is comfortably below the requirement present in the retail version, but it was pushing it and hardly impressive in the demo.
