Level 44: Dragon Slayer, 8-Bit Edition - Rayman Legends

In this video, I cover getting all the Teensies and Cups for the "Dragon Slayer, 8-Bit Edition" musical level of "Living Dead Party".

Since this Dragon Slayer has a similar gimmick to Mariachi Madness, it's also not too bad of a level. The chiptune noises also work fairly well here in contrast to Gloo Gloo where I felt they didn't.

0:46 - Ha, I think this is some of my favorite chiptune imitations of all the 8-Bit Editions. It's kind of corny, but it still works and is recognizable as the original track.

1:03 - I like how you basically literally become a blob of like three pixels while flying across to the next area. It almost feels like the game is laughing at how absurd the pixelization has gotten.

1:45 - This is the best part of the level IMO. After all the frustration that the heavy pixelization causes, it's neat to see your character go from a barely perceptible blob back to full detail.
