Box Art Done Right

Video game box art is an interesting topic. While a game's box art may not convince you to buy it like it did 20 years ago, it is still an important part of a game and is usually the experience you have with a game. With the advance of digital distribution and the ability to have a clear idea of what  a game is months prior to its release, box art is becoming less relevant. Some of us still enjoy buying physical copies of games and their box art is still as important as it was when we were kids.

In this video series I explore 5 great video games and their North American box art. I discuss why their box art is great and how it fits each game so well.

Metal Gear Solid (original Playstation version)

Battlefield: Bad Company

Final Fantasy X (original Playstation 2 version)

Tekken 3

Grand Theft Auto III
